In a much-anticipated revelation, the Odisha High Court has released the results for the Junior Stenographer Qualifying Test in English, as advertised under Notification No. 08/2023. This milestone marks the progression of candidates to the next phase, bringing them one step closer to a promising career within the Court’s establishment.

Successful Candidates Announced for Odisha High Court Junior Stenographer English Qualifying Test

Candidates who participated in the Qualifying Test on the 25th of November 2023 can now check their results. The Court has listed the roll numbers of the successful candidates, signaling the beginning of an exciting journey towards becoming Junior Stenographers in the prestigious Odisha High Court.

Next Test: Computer Application Test (Theory and Skill)

As the journey continues, the successful candidates are now gearing up for the Computer Application Test scheduled for the 9th of December 2023 at Saraswati Group of Institutions, Belagachhia, Trisulia, Cuttack. The examination will commence at 08:30 A.M., and candidates are advised to report to the venue by 07:00 A.M. with their admit cards.

How to Download Admit Card

To download the admit card, candidates can visit the official website of the High Court of Orissa www.orissahighcourt.nic.in and navigate to the Recruitment Corner -> Examination Portal -> Recruitment to the posts of Junior Stenographer. A dedicated tab for ‘Download Admit Card’ will guide candidates through the process. Admit cards will be available from the 2nd to the 8th of December 2023.

What’s Next: Skill Test and Certificate Verification

Candidates who successfully clear the Computer Application Test will proceed to the Skill Test (Short Hand & Type Writing Test) on the same day, i.e., the 9th of December 2023, at the same venue. No separate admit cards will be issued for the Skill Test.

Certificate and testimonial verification will commence from 02:00 P.M. onwards on the same day. Candidates are required to bring along the necessary original documents along with self-attested photocopies for thorough scrutiny.

Documentation Checklist for Certificate Verification

1. • Print copy of the online application form.

• • HSC or equivalent certificate for age verification.

• • Bachelor’s degree certificate or equivalent qualification.

• • Certificate demonstrating adequate knowledge in Computer Application.

• • Certificate showing a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Short Hand and 40 words per minute in Type Writing.

• • Certificate of good character.

• • One recent passport-size photograph along with the original Aadhaar card.

• • Caste or tribe category certificate for those claiming reservation.

• • Medical Certificate or Disability Certificate for PwD candidates.

• • Discharge Certificate for Ex-servicemen.

• • Sports certificate (if applicable).

• • NOC/letter of permission for candidates working in government offices.
